Your host and chef, Simon Sturt, prides himself on the use of local suppliers and produce wherever possible. Our meats are free range and reared to RSPCA welfare approved standards. Simon offers a wide range of traditional Somerset and ethnic dishes, catering for the needs of Vegetarians and Vegans.
